Which terminals offer Fast Track at Heathrow Airport?
Fast Track Departures is available in Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 to passengers travelling with any airline or cabin class. Follow the signs after check-in.
Is Fast Track available for departures and arrivals?
Yes, but they are separate services. Departures provides a dedicated security lane, while Arrivals provides a priority lane before border control.
What do I need to present?
For departures, show your booking confirmation and boarding pass to the host at the entrance. For arrivals, you will need your booking confirmation.
What are the Fast Track opening hours?
One-hour booking windows are available between 06:00 and 21:00, subject to availability and operational requirements.
Do children and infants need a booking?
Yes. Every passenger, including children and infants, needs both an airline ticket and Fast Track access to use the priority lane.
Do I need to remove liquids and electronics from my bag?
No. Heathrow's new scanners allow electronics and liquids in containers up to 2 litres to remain in cabin baggage. Reusable metal or insulated bottles must be empty.
Does Fast Track include reduced-mobility assistance?
No. Heathrow assistance is a separate free service that should be requested through your airline, tour operator or travel agent, ideally at least 48 hours before travel.
