No exact waiting time is guaranteed. Fast Track gives you access to the priority route available at each airport.
What happens if my flight changes?
Contact our team using the details in your confirmation. We will check the options for your booking.
Can I cancel my pass?
Once payment has been made, a Fast Track pass cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if you have not received it yet. If you have an issue or we cannot provide the service, contact support and we will review your case. The Unlimited Plan is separate and you can cancel it at any time.
Will I receive instructions?
Yes. Your confirmation includes the meeting point, instructions and available contact details.
